Meet Hong Le
With more than 16 years of experience in makeup and hairstyling, Hong Le has built a highly regarded career specialising in Asian bridal beauty.
After beginning her career in Asian bridal makeup and hair, Hong has worked with countless brides throughout Australia and has become known for her expertise in complexion perfection, working across different skin tones and enhancing a diverse range of eye shapes.
Her career extends beyond bridal, with experience across beauty campaigns, fashion shoots, commercial work and creative projects.
As a Vietnamese immigrant who grew up in Australia, Hong speaks openly about experiencing both Eastern and Western beauty standards and recognising a significant gap in professional makeup education when it came to Asian faces.
That experience became the driving force behind her education.
Hong is passionate about helping artists understand and celebrate Asian beauty rather than attempting to fit every face into a one-size-fits-all approach.
